CEDIA will introduce two new business education courses, as part of its 2017 training schedule. ‘Developing a Competitive Commercial Strategy for Your Business‘ and ‘Consultative Selling Skills Training‘ promise to give attendees with the tools required to maximize business opportunities.

Developing a Competitive Commercial Strategy for Your Business is aimed at established and start-up businesses, and explores the skills required to develop, implement and deliver a robust business strategy. Consultative Selling Skills Training encourages attendees to sell premium solutions.

Other courses include The Principles of Project Management, Residential Networking, Home Cinema for Designers and Rack Building and Wiring Fundamentals.

For 2017, CEDIA has confirmed that five training classes are already booked at Unicam in Leeds in 2017, whilst six courses are set to take place at AWE headquarters in Epsom, Surrey. The rest of the training sessions are hosted at the CEDIA HQ in St Neots.

The 74 page 2017 Training and Curriculum Guide lists the full training programme for the year. It provides information on training courses, structured curriculum programme and career development pathways. For those who are starting out, the guide is a useful tool for understanding how to progress in the industry.
