Sanus has launched the Swiveling TV Base, a new table-top TV pedestal compatible with the Sonos Playbase. The new mount allows TVs with edge-placed feet to be used with the flatbed Sonos audio system.
The Swiveling TV Base provides up to 20.3 cm of TV height adjustability and 40 degrees of swivel left to right. This increases viewing angles and improves TV stability. It fits TVs 32-to 60-inches and can support up to 27 kg. The Swiveling TV Base has a matte finish and includes cable management to conceal power and HDMI cables.
“In partnership with Sonos, we developed a product that would seamlessly integrate the Sonos Playbase with the flat-panel TV, making the TV look like it’s hovering above the Playbase,” says Ben Osborne, senior director, International for Sanus.
Sanus says the average installation time is 20-minutes, using a simple 3-step assembly that requires only a screwdriver.
