Dolby continues to ramp up its Dolby Cinema slate with the announcement of 13 new titles that will be shown at over 75 Dolby Cinema locations around the globe. This brings the title count to 77 in just over two years since the launch of Dolby Cinema. All Dolby Cinema titles are presented in Dolby Vision HDR with Dolby Atmos audio.
Titles include Kong: Skull Island, Power Rangers, The Fate of the Furious and Spider-Man: Homecoming. One of the new moviesis The LEGO Batman Movie, the first feature film to take advantage fiull colour gamut available in Dolby Video. Director Chris McKay, says:. “We are thrilled to be the first motion picture to be released in Dolby Cinema, using the full capabilities of Dolby Vision wide colour gamut grading and playback, to deliver colours never seen before on standard screens.”

As yet, there are no commercial Dolby Cinema venues in the UK.
